Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data the Slick Gaming website collects, why we use it and the choices you have. We collect very little, so it is short.

Who we are
This website, slick-gaming.com, is run by Slick Gaming, a slot game studio founded in 2026. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Slick Gaming. We are responsible for the personal data described here.
The short version
- There are no accounts, sign-ups, newsletters or contact forms on this website.
- We do not set cookies, and we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
- Play happens on Stake, not on this website. Stake's own privacy policy covers your Stake account.
What we collect and why
Technical data when you visit
Like any website, our hosting provider receives some technical information each time your browser asks for a page: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page you came from and the time. This is needed to deliver the website, keep it secure and fix errors. It is held in short-lived server logs. We do not use it to build profiles or to identify you.
Country check for Play on Stake
When you click Play on Stake, our server reads the country that our hosting provider works out from your IP address. We use it only to send you to the right Stake site: Stake.us for visitors in the United States and Stake.com for everyone else. The country is not stored, and the redirect is not cached.
Age confirmation
When you confirm that you are 18 or older, your browser saves a small flag in session storage so the age check does not appear on every page. The flag stays on your device, is not sent to us and is deleted when you close the tab. Our cookie policy has the details.
Public game and stream activity we show
Some pages show recent activity around our games: the biggest and luckiest recent wins on Stake, with the player's public Stake username (or "Hidden" when the player keeps it private), and recent streams on Kick, with the streamer's public channel name, picture or stream thumbnail and viewer numbers. This information is already public on Stake and Kick, and we receive it from Stake and from a stream data provider. We keep only the latest snapshot and replace it as new data comes in. Streamer details come from public Kick data and update automatically.
Our legal basis
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, we rely on our legitimate interests to run a secure, working website (technical data and the country check) and to show public activity around our games (leaderboards and streams). The age-check flag is stored on your device only because it is strictly necessary to provide the age check.
Who processes data for us
- Vercel hosts the website. It handles every request, keeps the server logs and provides the country lookup.
- Neon hosts our database in the EU. It holds the leaderboard and stream snapshots. No visitor data is stored there.
These providers act on our behalf under their own security and data protection terms. Where data is processed outside the EU, the EEA or the UK, it is protected by the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
Third-party services
When you click Play on Stake, open a stream on Kick or follow a link to a support service, you leave our website. Those services collect data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Bet replays open in a window on our page but are loaded from the external replay page that Stake provides for each bet. That service receives your IP address and browser details when the replay loads. We ask your browser not to tell it which page you came from.
Stream images, fonts and all other files on our pages are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact Kick or any font service to show them.
How long we keep data
- Server logs: kept briefly by our hosting provider, then deleted automatically.
- Country check: not kept.
- Age-check flag: until you close the tab.
- Leaderboard and stream snapshots: replaced as new data arrives. We keep only the latest set.
Under 18s
This website is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Because there are no accounts on this website, we usually hold nothing that identifies you. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The website is served only over HTTPS and uses standard security headers. Access to our hosting and database is limited to the people who run the website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
